Great Western Studios
Great Western Studios is located in Westbourne Park, overlooking the Grand Union Canal. The project was the vertical and horizontal extension of an existing 5-storey hub for over 100 businesses in the creative industries.
The works involved creating over 40,000 sq ft of new studio space arranged around a deep central atrium and also included a restaurant, commercial kitchen, fully-glazed scenic passenger lift and LED digital advertising screen.
The Studios remained fully operational for the whole duration of the works, which involved extensive stakeholder management.
“The services provided by Warr+Webb throughout the projects they have worked on to date has been excellent and I look forward to working together going forward. I would not hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend their professional service”.
